I grew up in a large, close-knit family, with my grandparents playing a major role in my life. When my grandfather was diagnosed with cancer, my grandmother became his primary caretaker. During his final months, our family experienced firsthand how difficult it was to get essential items—especially medication—delivered on time. Whether due to weather delays, staffing shortages, or lack of available delivery services, there were moments when critical needs simply weren’t met. That experience stayed with me. It showed me how much people rely on dependable delivery, particularly seniors and families facing health challenges, and how serious the consequences can be when that reliability doesn’t exist.

That experience is what ultimately led me to start Jay’s Delivery LLC. I saw an opportunity to build a business centered on reliability, accountability, and service—one that could meet everyday delivery needs while also expanding into areas that truly matter, such as serving elderly clients and time-sensitive deliveries. I have always been someone others depend on, whether that meant showing up early, working long hours, or handling responsibilities without supervision. My professional background required consistency, problem-solving, and performing under pressure, all of which directly translate to operating a delivery and logistics business.

Since starting Jay’s Delivery LLC, I’ve grown from being just a worker to being a business owner. I now manage scheduling, expenses, compliance, customer communication, and financial planning, in addition to performing deliveries. I am focused on building a business that can support multiple service lines, including furniture and goods delivery, contract delivery work, and partnerships with larger carriers. What motivates me most is creating stability for my family while providing a service that communities can count on. Jay’s Delivery LLC represents my commitment to long-term growth, responsible entrepreneurship, and meeting real needs with professionalism and care.
