I grew up in the South, where food wasn't just something you ate; it was an expression of love, community, and pride. As a child, I watched my dad stand by the grill for hours, teaching me how to create flavors no one could duplicate. He taught me that patience, precision, and passion were the key ingredients to make every dish unforgettable. I started with a small square-shaped grill, dreaming about the day I could barbecue for more than just my family. What began as a hobby soon became my purpose.

Today, I've graduated to a 24-foot pull-behind grill that allows me to serve entire communities. Each event represents a piece of my story and a taste of southern hospitality that I'm proud to share. I'm inspired by those who support me, the families who line up for a plate, the smiles from first-time customers, and the sense of community that comes from sharing a good meal. I also run a program teaching youth, including my son, entrepreneurial skills to prepare them for the workforce. Watching them learn and grow gives me daily motivation to keep building something that feeds both people and dreams.

I'm a southern pitmaster using barbecue and mentorship to bring people and opportunity together.
